ARRINDELL: WE WOULD WANT TO TRAVEL TO THE ORLANDO VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY

GREAT BAY, St. Maarten (Wednesday, August 8, 2012)- During the closing of the United Volleyball Club summer program, which took place last Saturday in Ebenezer, AVS News spoke to coach Bridgewater where he informed us on some of the exercises the players did. One of the main bases of organizing the summer camp is getting the kids together to works as a team, and how to accept their roles in specific areas”. “The whole idea of the game was to find out how a whole group can fit in a small circle by working together and planning he said. Club Coordinator Dr.Rhoda Arrindell said that they would want to go back on the initial plan which is to travel to the Orlando Volleyball Academy, to give the kids the experience of being outside of the island. “If we do it next year, we would want to go back on that initial plan to travel to the Orlando Volleyball Academy”. She continued; “We’ve talked about a number of fundraising activities, but we still have to decide if those are plans that we still want to pursue”.
