WILLEMSTAD, Curacao (July 4, 2012) AMIGOE — The people of Curaçao celebrated the island’s holiday Dia di Bandera (Flag Day) on Brionplein and various locations yesterday, Tuesday. Despite the showers here and there, all activities took place as planned. The traditional ceremonial event with uniformed groups, the culture program, speeches and presentation of the island’s decoration Honorary Cross were held on Brionplein.
