WILLEMSTAD, Curacao (Tuesday, June 19, 2012)-On Friday, 8 June 2012, 12 volunteers from the U.S. Forward Operations Location (USFOL) partnered with about 12 employees from the Curacao Marriott Hotel to clean up trash along the Koredor and Marriott area beach front. The volunteers cleared the area of approximately 500 pounds of unwanted debris. Scott Coomer of the USFOL, working with the chaplain's office said,”it was a pleasure for the USFOL volunteers to work with these outstanding Marriott employees. We are looking forward to similar ventures with them in the future.”
