EPIC was accepted by FEE as National Operator in 2008 and has already launched the Blue Flag program on St. Maarten.

On Tuesday, Minister of Justice the honorable Roland Duncan, signed an agreement with the representative of the Dutch Funding Agency USONA, Drs. Angela Dekker, to repair the Pointe Blanch Prison.
